The community of the Rochester apartments is very friendly and clean. The staff and manager help the residence in any way you can imagine. Their response time for requests is done promptly and professional. The pool and pool deck are maintained, very clean.

This is a very nice community. The property manager goes above and beyond to help the residents. The location is very close to UCLA, the 405 Freeway, and Santa Monica. It is clean and modern. There are other graduate students and young professionals. I love it here!

The Rochester is a wonderful place to live due to the effectiveness of our manager and our maintenance man. They are efficient and responsive to all of my needs. I love living here but the rent could be lower especially for good tenants and senior tenants.

Good community came here for the purpose of school close by and bus and 405; all great. Safe community with good supermarkets and services around; as well as a helpful staff (mainly maintenance and building manager). Overall a great experience.

The community is safe, quiet, and constantly maintained to a high level of cleanliness/appearance. Location is great, included parking is nice, and the community laundry is more than sufficient. Management and maintenance staff are friendly and very helpful. Service is fast!

This community and apartment is lovely, the staff is wonderful. It is very different from other surrounding apartments in that staff truly tries to accommodate to the needs of the renters. Other property managers’ act curt and unwelcoming, the staff really makes this building stand out.

It has been a very smooth and pleasant experience here thus far. I have had no real problems with anything or anyone and the facilities are amazing. The proximity to everything in LA makes the location unbeatable, and being only walking distance to Westwood Village makes for frequent trips to eat and shop in the area.

I chose this apartment due to its close proximity to my work. It's within walking distance to many businesses and office towers as well as food and shopping. My overall experience has been quite good. Very uneventful which is probably a good thing. The leasing office staff is very courteous and professional. They are very responsive and are often proactive about issues that may arise. The grounds are always kept neat and tidy. The Rochester makes a great first impression!

Generally, the apartment is wonderful for a new one to move in. Surrounded by some market and a park, the location is ideal for daily shopping and recreation. Besides, manager here is so nice and available in the apartment office on the working days.
